Is my phone compatible?
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination, not when you buy it. We recommend installing it before you travel.
Can I keep my regular number?
Yes. Your main SIM stays active for calls and SMS, while the eSIM handles mobile data.
